Ceramics
Stoneware clay has to be my favorite medium to work with when it comes to creating. Clay can be manipulated in just about every way, which leads to an infinite amount of ideas, big or small!
The time and patience it takes to create a single piece, shows just how in depth the process must go. First, the piece is shaped on the wheel or by hand, left to dry up a bit, trimmed , then fired, sanded, painted/glazed and then fired again! One small piece can take upwards to 2-4 weeks to fully finish depending on kiln firings.
